Job Title: Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Trainee

Summary

Trainee will be supporting public offering and private placement execution.

Key responsibilities

(i.e documentation, presentation, ESG labelling, market updated, logistics)

[if !supportLists]2.       Prepare decks for pitching potential clients

[if !supportLists]3.       Supports responding to client request

[if !supportLists]4.       Communicate with other teams to support execution of the process

[if !supportLists]5.       Support execution of private placement

Job requirements

[if !supportLists]·           Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field

[if !supportLists]·           Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as an understanding of financial markets and products

[if !supportLists]·           Experience in related industry / related department preferred (under 1 year after graduation)

[if !supportLists]·           Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English

Term of Contract

[if !supportLists]-       1 year contract (renewable up to 2 years based on performance)
